1.
Suggested change: Junior
cadets may pitch from 20 feet until the end of the year following their 12th
birthday
2.
Reason for change:
to comply with NHPA RGS Rule 1 Sec A1
ii.
Article XI All

– see last page
iii.
Article X State
Championship Tournament Sec 10 currently reads “Fifty cents ($0.50) of the
FSHPA Inc. sanctioned tournament fees received from Club Tournament Directors
during the current fiscal year, shall be added to the
State Championship Tournament cash prizes.
1.
Suggested change: Fifty
cents ($0.50) of the FSHPA Inc. sanctioned tournament fees ($2.00 for each
tournament entry) received from Club Tournament Directors during the current
fiscal year shall be added to the State Championship Tournament cash prizes.

iv.
Article
III Membership Sec 3 currently reads “Annual dues for an adult FSHPA Inc.
membership are $10.00 of which $4.00 is allocated to the annual State closed
Championship Tournament. Annual dues for a junior member are $3.00.”
1.
Suggested
change: Annual dues for an adult FSHPA Inc. membership are $11.00 of which
$4.—is allocated to the annual State Closed Championship Tournament and $1.00
is allocated to the FSHPA Inc. Hall of Fame facility expense. Annual dues for a junior member are
$3.00. Members of FSHPA Inc. who have received an NHPA Inc. lifetime (50 year) exemption
shall also be exempt from paying annual dues to FSHPA Inc. and receive the
FSHPA Inc. newsletter without cost.
2.
Reason
for the change: FSHPA Inc. HOF has not had a share in the burden of expense
since they are housed at the Clearwater Horseshoe Club but Clearwater Horseshoe
Club has now been expected to expend their resources for facility repairs due
to budget cuts by the local parks department.
The FSHPA should also recognize the 50 year lifetime achievement.
