a.
Article IX Clubs Section 6.
i.
Currently
reads: Submit to the
FSHPA Inc. Secretary -Treasurer a proposed schedule of tournaments, and entry
fee, for the ensuing season.
ii.
Suggested
change: Submit to the FSHPA Inc. Secretary-Treasurer a proposed
schedule of tournaments for the ensuing season.
iii.
Reason: remove “and
entry fees” since required tournament fee is
covered in Article IX Clubs Section 6. f.
iv.
No
vote – this is a misunderstanding. “And entry fees” means the entry fees
charged for each tournament listed.
b. Article V Elected Officers Section 4
i.
Currently reads: All officers must (b) subscribe to the “NHPA Newsline” (c) be a legal resident of Florida
ii.
Suggested change: remove (b) subscribe to the “NHPA Newsline” and reletter (c) to (b)
iii.
Reason: NHPA no longer provides a hardcopy published document
iv.
Passed
unanimously
c.
Should
FSHPA newsletter be digital? Unanimous vote for going digital. Local clubs will
need to help out pitchers without access to computer/internet by printing. Will need to make changes to bylaws affected
by switch to digital.
