LET’S GET TOGETHER AT THE STATE
CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT
Thursday evening immediately
after the conclusion of pitching the State Association
along with the Brevard County Club will host an informal
get together at the courts.
The Brevard County Club will
provide snacks/finger food and the State Association
will provide wine, beer and soft drinks. Stay and join us after the pitching as you
will enjoy renewing acquaintances and re-telling stories
of the good old days.
The annual Friday night
cocktail party/get together will be held at the Days Inn, pool
side. The host Club
will provide the snacks/finger food and the State Association
will provide the cocktails, beer, wine and soft
drinks. The party will start at 6:00 pm
and conclude at 8:00 pm.
This party is always well attended and will be a fun time
for all. See you
there.
The annual Awards Banquet
will be held at the Melbourne Moose Club.
Directions
to the Moose Club and a map are included in this
newsletter. A cash bar will be open
at 6:30 pm with the dinner being served at 7:30 pm. The annual Awards presentation
will be conducted at the conclusion of the dinner. Tickets for the banquet are $15.00
each and should be ordered along with your singles entry
as we must give the Moose
and accurate estimate of the number of members attending
the banquet.
Two different entrees are
available for the dinner. Baked Chicken
and Roast Beef
are the choices.
Along with the entrees will be two vegetables, green beans and
mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, desert and coffee or
tea. The cash bar will remain
open during the dinner and the awards presentation.
Always a hi lite of the banquet is the awarding of door prizes
immediately
proceeding the presentation of awards. This year it is anticipated that there will
be
many nice prizes donated by the Melbourne Club, the State
Association and other
sponsors. Many free
tournament entries for next year will be donated as door prizes
by our member clubs.
