Section 3. All FSHPA By-Laws amendments or revisions that are passed shall become

effective on June 1 of the year of approval.

Reason: We do not have an implementation date in our current By-Laws.

Section 2: Duties of the elected officers:

Reason: Mistakenly placed under duties of elected officers, should be in Article VI
