The FSHPA Inc. FLORIDA STATE
CLOSED CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT is open to only those Florida resident members
that have competed in at least 5 FSHPA Inc. sanctioned tournaments or a sanctioned
league (400 shoes or more) and 4 FSHPA Inc. sanctioned tournaments between the
dates of April 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010 excluding the 2009 Florida State
Closed Championship Tournament. Entries
must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2010.
Late entries will be accepted only with the approval of the FSHPA Inc.

April 1, 2010 unless tournament is cancelled.
