Players, please give name, address, telephone number and NHPA card

number when entering, so that the tournament director can notify you if

changes have been made. Also, make entry fee checks payable to

tournament director's name.  Drop- outs or no shows will forfeit entry fee

unless tournament is cancelled.  Starting time is 9:00 AM for all classes

unless indicated otherwise.  

 

 

FORMAT: Send entry fee to proper contact to arrive at least 7 days prior to tournament date. 

NHPA and State card required.  Mixed tournaments unless otherwise stated.  All tournaments

are OPEN tournaments unless otherwise indicated.

NOTES:

A. Classes with a ringer spread of more than 8% may be handicapped at 80% to 90%.

B. All entries and fees must be received by the Tournament Director at least 3 days

      before the tournament date.

BB. Entry fee must be received by the Tournament Director one week in advance. 

C. 6 or 7 player groups.  Players will pitch minimum of 5 games.

D.40 or 50 shoe games.

DD. 40 and 30 feet pitchers will not be mixed except to avoid extreme handicaps.

E. All 40 shoe games.

EE. 6 Man Class - 50 Shoes; 7 or 8 Man Class 40 Shoes

F. Food will not be served – water & soda available.

G. Tournament Directors discretion for Class pitching times.

     Late players forfeit entry fee.

H. Doubles Classes by ringer percentage any combination, standby list. 

I. Limited to 56 entries.

K. Limited to 72 players.

KK. Limited to 36 entries.

LL. 30 footers will pitch 40 shoes at 80% handicap.  If not full

        Class – low % 40’s may be mixed with the 30’s if class is not full.

M. Random draw of all classes for pitching schedule.  Entry fee must be received by

      tournament director 7 days prior to tournament.

N. Ringer spread of 10 or more % will be handicapped.

O. Starting time 10:00 AM.

P. Classes may be mixed to avoid handicapping.

Q. Players may be asked to keep their own score.

R. Sponsor and/or donor contribution added to prize fund.

S. Florida residents only.  Entry deadline April 1, 2011.  See

   March 2011 NEWSLETTER for details and requirements.

T. Starting time 12:00 P.M.

TT. Starting time 9:00 A.M.; for Championship Class 1:00 P.M.

U. Players must have pitched in 5 NHPA sanctioned tournaments in

    preceding twelve months (NATSTATS) proof accepted for non

    Florida residents.  Five 50 shoe games.

V. 90% handicap count all scoring.

VV. Count-all Scoring “Ringers Only” each ringer counting 1 point. 

W. Women's class - scratch or handicap depending on entries.

X.  Limited to 42 players.

Y. $5 of entry fee for Juniors Fund

YY. Players pay score keepers $1.00 each per game. 

Z. 30 foot pitchers may be placed in a mixed 80% to 90% handicap class.

#.  All players are required to keep score or provide a qualified substitute.
