as described in the NHPA RGS Book PLAYING RULES, RULE 11 – Tournament/League
play Section D –Seeding Contestants

Reason for change:
correct location of NHPA NATSTATS averages methodology
b. Article XI ALL FSHPA Tournaments, Section 9: Ties
between contestants shall be decided at the tournament committee’s
direction as per NHAP BYLAW Article XII, Section 5.

discretion as per NHP RGS Book PLAYING RULES, RULE 11, SECTION

correct location of NHPA rule and most tournaments are run by tournament
director not by committee

horseshoes – Bob Lemon suggests that FSHPA gets involved. Tom Martone and Bob H
are involved already.

do we get more clubs involved in sending teams to team tournament? Bob Lemon
suggests that every club send at least 1 team.

NHPA
drive to increasing membership – disseminate information, maintain email list
etc. All info from NHPA will be disseminated. Thank you to Dell for taking this
responsibility.

Next
year add email to membership form
o
Team
tournament for next year – no need to disallow multiple pitchers from same team
in same class since its count all and winners not decided by wins/losses.
