BY-LAWS "Who beat who" in the round robin competition.

If two players tie for first place in a Championship class then the winner will be determined by a one game, 50-shoe, play off between the tied players.  The loser of this game will be declared second and the winner declared State Champion.

The winners of the above games will play a one game, 50- shoe, play off with the winner of this game declared State Champion and the looser placed second in the class.  4.  The looser' of the games explained in step 2 above will play a one game, 50-shoe, play off.  The winner of this game will be declared third and the looser will be placed fourth in the class.

In the event of rain and/or cancellation of play on Friday the Executive Council will reschedule the classes on Saturday with the Championship classes given preference of play.  The rescheduling on Saturday may require reducing the classes to six players and pitching three shifts, starting at 8:00 AM, in order to schedule the maximum number of players.  All players not scheduled or cancel due to rescheduling on Saturday will receive refunded entry fees.  Rescheduling from two days back to one day may require reducing the number of shoes per game in all classes.  All rescheduling is the responsibility of the Executive Council and will be done in the best interest of the tournament and the FSHPA Inc.  If both days are rained out then the Championship classes will be scheduled on Sunday.  All other players may request a refund of their entry fee or will be scheduling on Sunday.  Entry fee refunds must be requested by 5:00 PM on Saturday.  The revised schedule will be posted by 6:00 PM on Saturday.
