The FSHPA Inc.
FLORIDA STATE CLOSED CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT is open to only those Florida
resident members that have competed in at least 5 FSHPA Inc. sanctioned
tournaments or a sanctioned league (400 shoes or more) and 4 FSHPA Inc.
sanctioned tournaments between the dates of April 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012
excluding the 2011 Florida State Closed Championship Tournament. Entries must
be postmarked no later than April 1, 2012. Late entries will be accepted only
with the approval of the FSHPA Inc. Executive Council. Send entry form, entry
fees and banquet money to the FSHPA Inc. Sec/Tres
(address listed below). No refunds after April 1, 2012 unless the tournament is
