Comments from the Sec/Treas
March 2014
This has been a different
sort of year for me, so far. I haven’t been able to pitch as much as in past
years
because I have been a reverse snow-bird of sorts. I’ve been
going up north to southern
winter long to help my Father-in-law through his
convalescence following a surgery on his ankle. Just
about very day I express my gratitude for the flexibility
my job allows and for modern technology.
Without cell phones and email
I wouldn’t have been able to keep up with horseshoe business.
The State Tournament is
coming up!! Another opportunity to catch
up with people we don’t get to see all
the time. I’m sure we’ll have a wonderful time, as
always.
We currently have 276 FSHPA
members so far for 2014 so we are online to either meet or exceed the
total membership in 2013.
Please jot down my phone number
and email in case you ever have any questions for me. You can call
my cell 407.399.4908 and my email is marcysantoyo@hotmail.com. I will generally answer my cell
right away but once in a while you might get voice mail if
I’m on another call or if I’m in a work meeting.
I will be running for
re-election to the state Sec/Tres. Position
this year.
See you in April at the state
tournament!
Marcela Santoyo, Sec/Tres
