ANNUAL CLUB/EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING

This meeting will take place on Wednesday April 23 at 9:30 AM in the

Beverly Hills Civic Center.

Club Presidents or representatives should attend this meeting to discuss

and vote on by-law proposals and other issues of importance.

Any FSHPA/NHPA member can attend this meeting.

FRIDAY NIGHT HOSPITALITY PARTY

The location of the party will be at the horseshoes club on April 25 2014

from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Beverages will be provided by your State Association and Hors d' oeuvres

will be provided by the Beverly Hill Horseshoe Club for your enjoyment.

AWARDS BANQUET

The Award Banquet will be held on Saturday, April 26 2014 at the Citrus

Hills Golf & Country Club 505 E Hartford Street Hernando fl 34442

Cash bar beginning at 6:30 PM .A plated dinner will be served at 7:30 PM

with the awards program following the dinner.

The Banquet dinner tickets will be $25 each,including tax & tip, and

should be ordered through the use of the State Tournament singles entry

form.

The Banquet entrees will be Sliced London Broil, Chicken Marsala or

Stuffed Pork.
