Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant ---Robert Lewis Stevenson

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the state tournament in a few weeks. Flagler has a wonderful set up and its about to get even better with their new building. I love going to that area, too. The beach is beautiful and there are so many cute little places to eat. There's a B&B on the beach called the White Orchid they have a spa and a mineral pool there. I may need to book a couple of days after the tournament for some relaxation!

Were having the banquet on Friday again like we did last year. I think that change made a lot of sense folks can attend the banquet without having to stay another night in a hotel. The main hotel this year is the Hilton Garden Inn at Palm Coast. Its a really nice hotel and well have all the activities there. That makes me very happy since I can have a drink at the cocktail party or the banquet and then all I have to do is take the elevator back to the room!

Please consider taking score while at the state tournament. We always need scorekeepers. You can brush up now on how to do it, especially for doubles. It can be tricky but with a little practice its a breeze!

We currently have 242 members which is about 16 shy of last year at this time. Our total membership for FSHPA in 2018 was 277. Hopefully we will hit or exceed that number before the season is out so that we can stray on track with our budget.

Remember that if you need anything, you can give me a call or send me a text message using my cell number 407.399.4908 or if you prefer, you can email me using marcysantoyo@hotmail.com. See you in April at the state tournament!
